About Me

I’ve spent nearly 20 years in restaurants, much of that leading kitchens, and I’ve also taught cooking classes at the YMCA. Over the years, I’ve come to believe that cooking confidence makes life easier and more enjoyable. When you feel comfortable in your kitchen, you can improvise, relax, and turn a daily task into something you actually look forward to.

I love helping home cooks and families build that kind of confidence. Cooking with my kids has deepened that belief for me — there’s something special about raising kids to feel capable, resourceful, and at ease in the kitchen. For me, that’s where real cooking lives: in the comfort, creativity, and warmth of a home filled with good food.
